How Ordering Works

Gridiron Locker is an independent, fan-made design store. We make the original artwork and this website; our print-on-demand partners make the physical product, charge for it and ship it. If you have ever wondered exactly what happens when you tap Shop Now, this page is the whole story - no small print.

The three steps

  1. Pick a design here. Every product page lists the design, garment styles, colourways, sizes, price guide and the name of the partner that prints it.
  2. Tap Shop Now. You land on the partner's page for that exact campaign, where you choose garment style, colour and size and pay at their secure checkout. That is the only place an order is placed.
  3. They print and ship. The item is printed after the order and dispatched with tracking.

Who does what

Prices, shipping costs and discounts

Prices on this site are listed in USD as a guide. The final product price, shipping cost and applicable taxes are confirmed at the partner's checkout, in its own currency. Any discount or promotion is whatever the partner is actually running - we do not fabricate sales, countdowns or coupon codes.

Delivery expectations

Nothing here is pre-printed. The working estimate is 5-12 business days for US delivery after the order, with longer international transit possible; the current estimate for your address is shown at checkout. Treat delivery as an estimate, not a guarantee for a specific game date - and if you are buying a gift, order as early as you can. Full detail is on the shipping & returns page.

Returns, misprints and order help

Returns and exchanges are handled by the printing partner under the policy at its checkout. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or the wrong size was sent, send a photo and your order number via the contact form and we will raise it with the partner for you. For sizing - the biggest cause of avoidable exchanges - use the size guide and size up if you are between sizes.

Where is my order?

The partner's confirmation email has your order number and, once dispatched, your tracking link. If it is late or something looks wrong, contact us with the order number - chasing it is part of our job.

Ordering FAQ

Does Gridiron Locker print and ship my order?

No. Gridiron Locker is the design library and this storefront. Printing, fulfilment and checkout are handled by our print-on-demand partners (Mayzing and Viralstyle), and the partner for each design is named on its product page. Items are printed after the order is placed and shipped worldwide with tracking.

Who charges me, and where do I pay?

The print partner charges you. Tap Shop Now on a product page and you land on that partner's page for the exact campaign, where you choose garment style, colour and size and complete the order. Gridiron Locker never takes payment - final product price, shipping and applicable taxes are confirmed at the partner's checkout.

Are the prices on this site final?

The prices shown are listed in USD as a guide. The partner's checkout shows the final price in its own currency, plus shipping and any taxes. If a partner is running a promotion, any discount appears there - we do not invent sales or countdown timers here.

How long does delivery take?

Everything is printed after you order it, so allow production plus shipping time. The working estimate is 5-12 business days for US delivery with longer international transit possible; the partner's checkout shows the current estimate for your address. Delivery is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

How do returns, exchanges and misprints work?

Because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are handled by the partner that printed it, under the policy shown at its checkout. If something arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, send a photo and your order number via the contact form and we will raise it with the partner for you.
