How print on demand works

Nothing on this site is pre-printed. When you order, the design is printed on the garment you chose and then shipped. That is why the catalogue can hold hundreds of designs without anything selling out, and why delivery takes a little longer than warehouse retail.

Production time

Most campaigns print within a few business days of the order being placed. Larger campaign runs close on a set date and print together, which is shown on the checkout page for that design.

Delivery

Worldwide shipping is available. Domestic US orders typically arrive fastest; international orders vary by destination and customs. Tracking is issued when the parcel is dispatched.

Returns, exchanges and misprints

Because each item is made to order, returns are handled by the fulfilment partner under their return policy shown at checkout. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or the wrong size was sent, contact support with a photo and your order number and it will be replaced.

Wrong size ordered?

Check the size guide before ordering - it is the single biggest cause of avoidable exchanges. If you are between sizes, go up.
